Links, links, and more links

I’ve decided to start updating here with an occasional “link dump” or two as the few of you who do read here may find some of the things I encounter during my morning surf of the web interesting.

Here’s a good start.

First, Kelly Moyer of Wevorce gives us a look at the pros of giving our kids access to social media: http://life.wevorce.com/articles/social-media-and-our-kids-when-the-pros-outweigh-the-cons

Next, Scott Greenfield of Simple Justice details how Apple’s biometric system on new iDevices may actually be a hindrance in court: http://blog.simplejustice.us/2014/10/31/apples-cool-iphone-fingerprint-id-means-youre-screwed/

Over on this corner of the web we find Ken White of Popehat giving us sound advice on the toxic mess known as “#GamerGate:” http://www.popehat.com/2014/10/26/ten-short-rants-about-gamergate/

There’s the goods for this morning. Happy Halloween!
